Enhancing AAEON’s lineup of industrial motherboards, the MIX-Q670A1 is the most powerful and flexible Mini-ITX board AAEON has produced to date. As the first AAEON motherboard to support 12th, 13th, and 14th Generation Intel® Core™ processors (formerly Alder Lake-S and Raptor Lake-S), the MIX-Q670A1 leverages up to 24 cores, 32 threads, and a range of peripheral technologies including Intel vPro®, Intel® Thermal Velocity Boost, and Intel® UHD Graphics 770 to power high-end IoT applications. Additionally, with dual-channel DDR5 4800MHz memory support up to 64GB, along with industry-leading I/O and display interfaces, the MIX-Q670A1 stands as a premier platform for high-performance solutions across various industries.

Unprecedented Processing Power

Equipped with Intel® Core™ i9/i7/i5/i3/Pentium®/Celeron® processors from the 12th, 13th, and 14th generations, the MIX-Q670A1 utilizes a hybrid architecture that combines performance cores for demanding tasks and efficiency cores for optimized background processing. With up to 24 cores and 32 threads, alongside Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology, the MIX-Q670A1 is the most powerful Mini-ITX board ever produced by AAEON. Furthermore, dual-channel DDR5 system memory support up to 64GB at 4800 MT/s offers a 44% memory speed increase over previous generations, accelerating data transfer rates for real-time data analytics.


Versatile Connectivity

Featuring 8 USB 3.2 and 4 USB 2.0 ports on the front panel, along with an internal header for two additional USB 3.2 ports, the MIX-Q670A1 leads the world in I/O density for a Mini-ITX form factor. Additionally, two RJ-45 LAN ports combined with two COM ports provide ultra-fast connectivity with external devices such as cameras

and sensors. Together with DDR5 memory support, a PCIe [x16] Gen 5 slot, and enhanced single-threaded and multi-threaded processing capabilities, this board delivers elevated performance for vertical market applications such as smart cities and smart manufacturing, relying on real-time edge data transmission.


4K Quad Display Support

The display interface includes two HDMI ports and two DP ports, with additional support for LVDS or eDP, enabling the MIX-Q670A1 to output four simultaneous 4K displays. With integrated CPU AI acceleration features such as Intel® Deep Learning Boost and the Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit, the MIX-Q670A1 achieves up to 2.81x faster GPU image classification than Mini-ITX motherboards powered by previous-generation processors. Combined with its versatile I/O and expansion capabilities, these attributes make the MIX-Q670A1 an ideal solution for optical inspection and image processing applications.
